Welcome to HazReady. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the HazReady platform operated by HazReady Corporation (“HazReady,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep it up to date. You must be at least 18 years old to use HazReady.
HazReady is an AI-powered emergency intelligence platform that helps fire and emergency management agencies generate documents, build emergency plans, design exercises, manage agency documents, and produce reports. The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist with document generation and analysis.
Documents and content generated by HazReady’s Synapse Intelligence are provided as drafts and decision-support tools. They are not substitutes for professional judgment, legal advice, or operational decision-making. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before use. HazReady does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any specific purpose.
You retain ownership of all documents, data, and content you upload to or create within HazReady. By uploading content, you grant HazReady a limited license to process, store, and use that content solely to provide our services to you and your agency. We will not share your content with other agencies or use it to train AI models.
You agree to use HazReady for lawful purposes related to fire and emergency management operations. You will not:
HazReady offers subscription-based access. Pricing, features, and seat allocations are described on our website and may change with notice. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us if you have concerns.
We take data security seriously. Our platform implements agency-level data isolation, encryption, role-based access control, and audit logging. For full details on how we handle your data, please see our Privacy Policy.
We strive to keep HazReady available and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from time to time. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance when possible.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HazReady is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HazReady Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may request export of your data within 90 days. After that period, your data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the platform. Your continued use of HazReady after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles.
